A great way to add some variety to ramen noodles is by adding vegetables. Raw or frozen are both fine.
Ingredients[]
- One bag of frozen vegetables (or a good amount of raw vegetables, chopped)
- Three packets of Ramen noodles, flavoring packets optional
- Three tablespoons of olive oil
- Two cups of water

- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Once ready, add the vegetables and cook about halfway, stirring frequently
- If you wish to use the flavoring packets, add them now, sprinkling all over the vegetables
- Add the raw noodles and the water and turn the heat to high
- Stir frequently and monitor the noodles. If noodles have absorbed all the water and are still undercooked, add more water as necessary.
Feel free to add a sauce to the mix and cook for a few more minutes in it if you'd like. Soy sauce works well with this mix.
