A great way to add some variety to ramen noodles is by adding vegetables. Raw or frozen are both fine.

Ingredients[]

  • One bag of frozen vegetables (or a good amount of raw vegetables, chopped)
  • Three packets of Ramen noodles, flavoring packets optional
  • Three tablespoons of olive oil
  • Two cups of water

Directions[]

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Once ready, add the vegetables and cook about halfway, stirring frequently
  3. If you wish to use the flavoring packets, add them now, sprinkling all over the vegetables
  4. Add the raw noodles and the water and turn the heat to high
  5. Stir frequently and monitor the noodles. If noodles have absorbed all the water and are still undercooked, add more water as necessary.

Feel free to add a sauce to the mix and cook for a few more minutes in it if you'd like. Soy sauce works well with this mix.
